The newly formed Canadian Labour Congress (CLC) granted the labour movement in Peterborough its charter in May 1956. This charter still hangs in the labour council office. It has been an amazing 70 years and we are looking forward to celebrating our history and future with the labour community.

Tickets for the dinner are $25 per person. Purchase and payment information will be provided upon registration.

As part of our celebration, we will be recognizing labour activists in our area. Complete the Nomination Form for the Labour Appreciation Awards to nominate an activist. Completed nomination forms are to be submitted by 4 pm Tuesday, March 31.
